		<description>Libraries will not become elite whilst the council's provide internet access in them! It's the busiest bit of my nearest library, whenever I go in (Admittedly not very often) there's loads of people using the computers there.

I think we should push books and reading a bit more. It's hard to read novels online - a page turning exercise is much better.</description>
